A lesson brought to you by Julia that can be applied to the Ironman:
Remember when you drove us to Vermont (to that house filled with fecal water and mice) and it was snowing but you were still driving really fast (even after the police officer pulled us over and told us we were going to die?)…LESSSON: Don’t be afraid to go your own speed…no matter what anyone tells you…(and if you can run/swim/bike as fast as you drive you’re in good shape!!)
